Chelmsford Public Schools Electronic Staff Sign-Off

Welcome to the CPS Electronic Staff Sign-Off. The following are mandatory policies which you are required to review and acknowledge receipt for on an annual basis. This new webpage allows you to review these policies in one centralized location and from the convenience of your computer. In addition, we've prepared this website for electronic sign-off to save time during the opening of school. You are required to review and complete these trainings before October 1st. Below you will find the 4 online trainings that need to be completed;

  • Conflict of Interest Law/ State Ethics Law
  • Mandatory Reporting, Mass General Law, Chapter 51
  • Epi-pen
  • Blood-borne pathogens
  • Restraint Training Sign-Off

  1. Take the Massachusetts State Ethics Online Training. Please print your certificate and send it to your school's main office. Make a copy for your own records.

  2. Take the 51A Online Mandated Reporter Training: Recognizing & Reporting Child Abuse and Neglect. You will need to register, take the pre-assessment, training and post-assesment in order to receive your certificate. Please send your certificate to your school's main office. Make a copy for your own records.

  3. Restraint Training Sign-Off - Just a quick form to let us know you attended the Restraint Training Presentation on the Opening Day of School for Staff. Your information will be electronically recorded. You will receive an email receipt. No need to print or make copies.

 

From the Health Services Office

  1. View the Blood Borne Pathogens Training Materials. At the left under Health Training Files, choose either PDF or Powerpoint format. Review the training materials and complete the brief quiz, Annual Online Review of Blood Borne Pathogens. The results of your review are electronically recorded. No need to print anything out. You will receive an email receipt.
  2. View Epipen and Life Threatening Allergies Training Materials. At the left under Health Training Files, choose either PDF or Powerpoint format. Review the training materials and complete the brief Epipen Quiz. The results of your review are electronically recorded. No need to print anything out. You will receive an email receipt.
